PissRIP (https://pissrip.net), JavRIP (https://javrip.net), SpyRIP (https://spyrip.net), PoopVids (https://poop.vids.rip), DesperVids (https://desper.vids.rip), DrunkVids (https://drunk.vids.rip) and WetVids (https://wet.vids.rip) (collectively known herein as “we”, “us”, “VIDS platform”) are a service for streaming and download of adult visual content. We provide the opportunities for the uploading, hosting and sharing of adult videos. This document describes the operating principles of the sites.

Our mission:

In many parts of the world, adult content is a luxury, accessible to the few – unemployment, poor economies and life expectancy, lack of regional prices from the content providers. All these problems were exacerbated by the COVID pandemic, when the need to "stay at home" made adult sites and the ability for getting accessible adult content important as ever. By helping in making such content available to the wider audience, we believe in VIDS platform's important social, socioeconomic and humanitarian mission.

User Submissions:

Our members are able to upload, host and share adult videos (submissions) with our platform. As such, it is their responsibility to ensure:
- they have a written permission/consent of each and every participant of the submission;
- the content is compliant with all laws, including, but not limited to, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R 751;
- each and every participant of the submission is strictly over the age of majority (18+) at the time of the creation of such content;

By uploading a submission to our platform, you grant us the non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, translate, distribute, promote, exhibit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform the uploaded content.

Intellectual Property Rights:

VIDS platform are not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content present on the sites. With respect to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we accept and review the valid DMCA claims; removing the content in the case it is found infringing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of the content, we are not providing refunds for whatever reason, all payments are final.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments are one-time and can be renewed after expiration at the member’s discretion. As such, no manual cancellation is ever needed.

Third Party Materials:

VIDS platform may contain advertisement materials, submitted by the third parties. We are not responsible for the contents of such advertisements.

Disclaimer:

Services of VIDS platform are provided to you “as is”, all submissions are for your personal and non-commercial use only. VIDS platform do not provide warranty nor assume responsibility for any damages or loss you may incur as the result of using the sites.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be responsible for failure or interruption of access to VIDS platform due to the circumstances out of our control, such as earthquakes, floods, fire, plague, computer viruses, wars, foreign and domestic terrorism, civil disturbances, alien invasions, failure of public infrastructure and nuclear fallout.

Change of Terms:

We reserve the right to change or update this document as needed without an additional announcement.
